This game lasts for half a day and is played by 2 teams and a maximum
of 12 players. Alternatively each team can win points or give points
to the other team.
Each team is faced with situations they have to react to based on
an action plan taken by consensus. After having explained their
point of view the other team gives the points with an in-depth justification.
Later on in the training all cases are linked to models and re-evaluated
by the participants.
The cases are mainly delivered by the customer or developed by
PACO. Cases must be generic and are job-related.
